Shipping and Return Policy

  1. Shipping: All orders will be shipped within a reasonable time frame as agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees. The seller will make all efforts to ensure that the jewelry arrives in a timely and secure manner.
  2. Delivery: The seller will not be liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. The buyer should inspect the jewelry upon receipt and notify the seller of any damages or issues within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Returns: If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the jewelry for a full refund within 2 days of delivery. All returned jewelry must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned jewelry. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
  5. Damaged Items: If the jewelry arrives damaged, the buyer should notify the seller immediately. The seller will either replace the damaged item or issue a full refund, at their discretion.
  6. Exchanges: If the buyer would like to exchange their purchase for a different item, they may do so within 14 days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

By placing an order with the seller, the buyer agrees to be bound by these shipping and returns policies.
